General
What is the BeerMood 36-Hour Overnight Beer Festival?
BeerMood 36-Hour Overnight Beer Festival is a continuous, multi-session craft beer festival running October 2–4, 2026 at Pier 1929 on the Wan Chai waterfront, featuring 20 craft beer booths and 5 coffee booths across 7 sessions. “36-Hour” reflects the round-the-clock spirit of the festival rather than a literal unbroken 36-hour operating claim — see the full schedule below.
Where is the festival?
Pier 1929, 2/F, Wan Chai Ferry Pier, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
How do I get there?
Pier 1929 sits directly above the Wan Chai Ferry Pier. The closest MTR station is Exhibition Centre Station, Exit A2 (approx. 2–5 min walk); Wan Chai Station Exit A1 is about a 15-minute walk via footbridge. Star Ferry services connect the pier to Tsim Sha Tsui. There’s no on-site parking — see our Venue & Getting There page for nearby car parks.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Pier 1929 is primarily an indoor venue on the 2nd floor of the Wan Chai Ferry Pier building, with a covered, weather-protected harbour-view terrace — the festival goes ahead rain or shine.
Tickets
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold via our official website, https://beermoodhk.com and Klook — always check for the official BeerMood listing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Alipay is also available — but please note it currently only supports Mainland China Alipay accounts. Hong Kong (AlipayHK) and other international Alipay accounts are not currently supported.
What ticket tiers are available?
BeerMood tickets come in three tiers. All tiers include session wristband(s), physical branded tokens, and a BeerMood event glass — only the number of tokens and session access differ.
| Tier | Tokens | Session Access |
|---|---|---|
| Tasting Pass | 12 tokens | 1 session |
| Premium Pass | 24 tokens | 1 session |
| 36-Hour Master Pass | 48 tokens | All sessions |
Check the Tickets page for pricing on each tier.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if BeerMood cancels the event outright. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
No. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Each ticket has a unique QR code valid for one entry only — the first valid scan is treated as that ticket’s use and it cannot be used again. Keep your QR code private; we can’t be responsible for a ticket that’s shared, lost, or reused.
Does one ticket cover multiple sessions?
Tasting Pass and Premium Pass tickets cover one session, with one wristband. The 36-Hour Master Pass tier covers all 7 sessions and comes with a separate wristband for each session — wear the wristband matching the session you’re attending for entry and re-entry.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food or beverages, including alcohol, are permitted at the venue.
Your Ticket Includes
What comes with my ticket?
Every ticket includes session wristband(s), physical branded tokens, and a BeerMood event glass. 36-Hour Master Pass tickets include one wristband per session. Your wristband verifies entry and re-entry for its session; tokens are redeemed directly with breweries and coffee vendors for pours; your glass is what drinks are served in. The number of tokens you get depends on your ticket tier — see the Tickets section above.
Tokens become your property once issued. Whether you use them all during your session(s) is entirely up to you — tokens are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and will not be replaced if lost, whether used or unused.
How do tokens work?
Each physical token redeems a 100ml sample of any beer. A full glass pour costs more tokens, with the exact number depending on the brewery and the rarity of the beer. Coffee and other non-beer drinks require two or more tokens per redemption.
